How often should I use it?
10 to 20 minutes, three to five nights a week. Always follow the instructions in the manual.
When will I see something?
We are not going to give you a date. LED is a matter of consistency and every skin responds differently, so we would rather not promise a timeline we cannot guarantee.
Is it safe?
It is CE-marked, runs on low voltage and is rechargeable. Keep your eyes closed during the session and do not use it on irritated or broken skin. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy or light sensitivity, take photosensitising medication, or have a skin condition, check with your doctor first.
Can I use it with my usual routine?
Yes. Use it on clean, dry skin, then apply your usual serum or moisturiser afterwards.
How does it charge?
It has a rechargeable 400 mAh battery. Charge it fully with the included USB cable before the first session.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Free shipping over €69,95. Below that it is €4,95. Orders leave within 1-3 business days, usually arrive in 5-10 business days, and always ship with tracking.

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, and we cover the return postage. Read the refund policy.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the inside with a soft cloth, dry or slightly damp, after each use. Never submerge it in water.
