Terms of service

These terms govern the purchase of the products offered in this store. The seller's details appear in the Legal notice. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. PRODUCT
We sell an at-home LED face mask with seven light colours. It is a physical product shipped by courier. It is a CE-marked personal-care device: it is not a medical device, it does not treat or cure any condition, and no specific results are guaranteed.

2. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in euros with tax included. The full amount, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Payment is processed through Shopify's secure gateway and its providers; we do not store your card details.

3. SHIPPING
Shipping costs €4.95 and is free from €69.95. Conditions and times are detailed in the Shipping policy.

4. WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving a reason. We also offer 30 days of returns with free return postage. All of this is detailed in the Refund policy.

5. WARRANTY
Products carry the three-year legal conformity warranty required by Spanish law. If the product is faulty, email us and we'll resolve it.

6. SAFE USE
Always follow the instructions for use. Keep your eyes closed during the session and do not look directly into the LEDs. Do not use it on irritated or broken skin. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy or light sensitivity, take photosensitising medication or have a skin condition, consult your doctor before using it.

7. CUSTOMER SERVICE
For any question, issue or complaint, write to us through the Contact page. We reply within 48 business hours at most.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute falls under the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
