Shipping costs

Shipping to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands costs €4.95. It is free on orders of €69.95 or more. The exact amount is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Order processing

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll get an email when you place the order and another with the tracking number as soon as it ships.

Delivery times

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days. These are estimates and can vary by area, customs processing and carrier delays, especially during sale periods and holidays.

Where we ship

Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, email us before ordering.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If tracking hasn't updated for several days, email us and we'll look into it.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, tell us as soon as possible — we can change it while the order hasn't shipped. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us with your order number and we'll resolve it with a replacement or a refund.
