Rubelle started with a silly question: why should fifteen minutes of light on your face cost what a salon session costs?
LED light has been in treatment rooms, clinics and the routines of people who can afford to go every week for years now. We thought the format made more sense the other way round: a device that's yours, that lives in your bathroom, that you use when you feel like it — no appointment, no paying by the session.
What we sell, plainly
One thing: a cordless, rechargeable at-home LED face mask with seven light colours. No catalogue, no seasonal collections, no twenty variations. We'd rather have one product and look after it.
What we won't tell you
We won't promise results, timelines or percentages. Rubelle is a CE-marked cosmetic personal-care device: it isn't a medical device, it doesn't treat or cure anything, and it doesn't replace a professional. Any brand guaranteeing you a specific result by a specific date is making it up.
What we can promise is how you're treated: tracked shipping, 30 days to try it with return postage on us, and a real person answering the emails.
How we work
We're a small online shop. We work with suppliers who manufacture this kind of device and ship straight to you, which is how the price avoids a high-street markup and a chain of middlemen. The honest trade-off is that delivery takes longer than a shop around the corner: 5 to 10 business days once the order leaves.
If something goes wrong
Email us. We reply within 24-48 business hours, and there are no strange forms in the way: if it arrives damaged, doesn't work, or simply isn't for you, we fix it or we refund you.
