What is it, exactly?
An at-home LED face mask with seven light colours, cordless, with a rechargeable 400 mAh battery. It sits like a sleep mask, holds in place with an adjustable strap, and changes colour with a single button. No app, nothing to plug in while you wear it.
How often should I use it?
10 to 20 minutes per session, three to five nights a week. Always follow the instructions in the manual that comes in the box.
When will I see something?
We're not going to give you a date. LED is a matter of consistency and every skin responds differently, so we'd rather not promise a timeline we can't guarantee.
Is it safe?
It's CE-marked, runs on low voltage and is rechargeable. Keep your eyes closed during the session and don't look directly at the LEDs. Don't use it on irritated or broken skin. If you're pregnant, have epilepsy or light sensitivity, take photosensitising medication, or have a skin condition, check with your doctor first.
Can I use it with my usual routine?
Yes. Use it on clean, dry skin with no make-up, then apply your usual serum or moisturiser afterwards.
How does it charge?
With the USB cable included in the box. Charge it fully before the first session.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the inside with a soft cloth, dry or slightly damp, after each use. Never submerge it in water.
Is it suitable for any skin type?
It's a general-use cosmetic device. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, are under treatment, or take photosensitising medication, ask your doctor before using it. It isn't a medical device and we don't treat any condition.
Orders and shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of €69.95 or more. Below that it's €4.95. You'll see it calculated before you pay.
How long does it take?
Orders leave within 1-3 business days and usually arrive 5-10 business days after that. Every order ships with tracking and you get the number by email.
Where do you ship?
Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, email us before ordering.
Can I change the address?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't left yet. Email us as soon as you can with your order number.
Returns
What if it isn't for me?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back and we cover the return postage. Read the refund policy.
How do I start a return?
Email us from the contact page with your order number. We'll send you the instructions and the return address. Please don't ship it back before telling us — returns that arrive without instructions can't be processed.
How long does the refund take?
Once we've received and checked the return, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 14 days at most. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — the three-year legal conformity warranty required by Spanish law. If the product is faulty, email us and we'll sort it out.
